Even browning of bread and other baked goods
The baking chamber is made entirely of metal to ensure optimal heat distribution and, thanks to the centrally positioned heating coil, guarantees that the dough bakes evenly. The browning level can be adjusted to three settings. As well as the delicious aroma, a beep signals the end of the baking process.
Handy ingredient compartment in the lid
Dry ingredients such as nuts, seeds or raisins can be added to the handy ingredient compartment under the lid before you start cooking. These ingredients are then automatically added during the cooking process.

The GRAEF bread maker is easy to operate via the intuitive touchscreen on the top. A total of 36 programmes for breads and (pre-)doughs, jam, compote, chutney or porridge, including a manual DIY function, promise variety and creativity. With the handy, removable loaf tin featuring a non-stick coating and a carrying handle, you can bake either a freshly baked, wonderfully fragrant 500g or 750g loaf of bread. The non-stick coated metal dough hook ensures perfectly kneaded dough and can be quickly removed using the tool provided.

Sehr gut zu bedienen, obwohl ich nicht so der Fan von Touch-Displays bin. Hier funktioniert es gut! Ich habe bereits verschiedene Teigsorten ausprobiert und es klappte bisher ohne Probleme. Die Zubereitung mit dem Zutatenfach ist besonders praktisch.
