This Graef classic in retro design combines traditional craftsmanship with modern functionality. Handmade in Germany and equipped with a real wood crank handle, it slices fresh food effortlessly and precisely - without any electricity. The full metal housing, the stainless steel carriage and the 19 cm stainless steel serrated blade stand for durability and performance, while the infinitely variable cutting thickness from 0 to 15 mm enables versatile results. Four suction rubber feet ensure a secure stand, while the remnant holder and thumb guard ensure safety.
The appliance is easy to clean thanks to the freely accessible surfaces and removable carriage. A high-quality cutting board made of wood paper fibres is included - dishwasher-safe, heat-resistant, gentle on knives and sustainably produced thanks to 80% recycled content.
