The ESSENCE features a newly designed operating and safety concept fully integrated into the slicing thickness control and operated with one hand. Simply select the slicing thickness and activate the momentary or continuous switch to start. For maximum safety, the control unit can be locked using a safety lever to make it childproof. In addition, the carriage can be locked in the end position, ensuring the blade is optimally covered on the right side as well.

The carriage with a hygienic stainless steel surface and dual-sided guidance runs smoothly and ensures full, safe control when slicing bread, sausage, cheese, and more. The removable blade cover plate with a wave pattern ensures smooth and effortless guiding of food along the blade.
