30° tilt function

Master M91 all-purpose slicer - the tiltable chef

The Master M91 all-purpose slicer brings freshness back into your kitchen: ham, cold cuts or cheese no longer need to be sliced and bought pre-packaged, but can be sliced fresh at any time from the longer-lasting piece - exactly the thickness you need.

The Master M91 is a powerful, robust all-metal machine built like no other for even, wafer-thin slices. As the machine can be tilted by 30°, the material to be cut is easily collected. The solid steel blade, made from a single piece of steel, is particularly durable and can be sharpened again and again with the blade sharpener supplied.

Whoever slices their ham on the Master M91 with its unique combination of whisper-quiet 170 W capacitor motor and the smooth solid steel blade (Ø 17 cm) likes to take a good look through the wafer-thin slices.

The carriage with stainless steel support can be operated via a continuous switch, so that the machine runs continuously, or with the momentary switch, which allows slicing and switching at the same time.

The high-quality solid steel blade in commercial quality is protected by the removable stainless steel blade cover plate and supports the cutting of wafer-thin slices thanks to the hollow grinding - for perfect cutting results every time.

The classic white colour of the all-purpose slicer and the stylish, hygienic glass base plate also make the Master M91 "Made in Germany" a real highlight in your kitchen. A diamond knife sharpener is also included in the scope of delivery.

Das Vorgängermodell 182 Master hat über 25 Jahre klaglos Vollkorn- und harte Roggenbrote, Gemüse und Hartkäse geschnitten. Nun ist wegen nachlassender Motorleistung die erste Wartung bzw. Reparatur im Werk fällig. Zu unserer Überraschung ist das kein Problem - es gibt dafür noch Ersatzteile!!!! Bei dieser Langlebigkeit und dem Kundenservice hat sich der einstige Kaufpreis mehr als nur amortisiert. Das nächste Haushaltsgerät kommt wieder von Graef!

Wir besitzen den Graef EH-170T.. seit über 30 Jahren gekauft und gebraucht, also fällig für einen neuen.. und was für ein Unterschied.. in 30 Jahren hat sich viel verändert und verbessert.. super Maschine!!

Gute Schneidemaschine und schön verarbeitet. Läuft sehr leise und das Messer lässt sich einfach entfernen. Für das Entnehmen des Messers könnte ein Werkzeug mit im Lieferumfang dabei sein sowie Fett für das Zahnrad. Für den Preis der Maschine könnte das Messer runder laufen. Der Restehalter könnte auch etwas länger sein. Ansonsten gute Maschine.

Nach glaublich 15 Jahren mit einer elektrischen Graef habe ich mir eine neue gegönnt: Die Master M 80. Ich würde sagen die S-Klasse unter den Schneidmaschinen.Unfass bar leise und präzise.

Wir benutzen die M20 täglich. Eignet sich super für hauchdünnen Schinken. Selbst hartes Brot wie Doppelback schafft das glatte Messer. Einfach TOP!

Sehr gutes Schnittbild. Leider kann das Gerät nicht gekippt werden. wer das gerne möchte muss sich also einen M 80 oder M 90 zulegen. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Feine Maschine, läuft sehr leise. Ich besitze das Schinkenmesser glatt und kann damit hauchdünn schneiden. Wer gerne Brot schneiden will, sollte sich das Wellenschliffmesser dazukaufen. Meine Scheiben werden mit dem glatten Messer eher sehr dick und man muss etwas Kraft aufwenden. Die Reinigung ist leicht, man muss nur mit dem Messer vorsichtig umgehen, aber es geht sehr schnell. Von der Optik her, hätte ich mir etwas mehr Farbe gewünscht.
