Touch display and central control panel
Kneading, stirring, (cream) whipping - if you're in a hurry, simply select one of the three fully automatic programs on the intuitive touch display. The MYestro also has a practical pulse function for brief, individual mixing at the touch of a button and an equipment function for connecting additional accessories. Kneading speeds (levels 1 - 10) and times (0 - 30 min.) can also be selected manually at the touch of a finger and are easy to set thanks to the innovative rotary dial under the touch display.

The release lever can be operated with one hand, so that the motor head of the stand mixer easily tilts upwards thanks to the spring mechanism and can be engaged for filling ingredients or changing the mixing elements. When opened, the MYestro has a height of 59 cm.
Robust planetary mixing system for fast preparation and even, homogeneous results
The MYestro's robust planetary mixing system ensures the all-important even and homogeneous results even with bread dough. All ingredients from the rim to the bottom of the bowl are carried along and mixed without residue. Depending on the dough variant, the appropriate mixing or kneading element is simply inserted into the corresponding device after tilting the motor head and engaged by briefly turning it.
Removable splash guard incl. extra-large refill opening
The splash guard for the mixing bowl can be locked in three different positions on the motor head, depending on the desired opening direction of the feed opening. It ensures that the ingredients actually remain in the bowl when preparing dough and do not end up on the kitchen floor.
Refill opening with extra lid for clean filling without splashing out
The splash guard is equipped with an extra-large filling opening including lid. Through this opening, additional ingredients can be added conveniently and cleanly even during dough preparation.
Extensive scope of delivery with three mixing elements
The included 7-liter stainless steel mixing bowl with filling quantity marking offers sufficient capacity for large quantities of delicious dough. For example, up to 3kg of firm yeast dough, 20 egg whites or 1.2kg of cream can be processed. In addition to the splash guard, the balloon whisk, the dough hook and the flat beater are high-quality mixing or kneading elements included in the scope of delivery of the MYestro stand mixer from GRAEF. The three stainless steel mixing elements are dishwasher safe. A flexi stirrer (item no. 146836) can be ordered as an optional accessory. All accessories are BPA-free.
