Diamond grinding discs

The grinding discs of GRAEF knife sharpeners are diamond-coated. This ensures that knife blades are sharpened gently, quickly and easily. The low grinding speed prevents the blade from overheating during sharpening.

SG520 - the reliable knife for all household knives

In particular, the daily preparation of meals and cutting fruit and vegetables on different chopping boards causes the knife blade to wear out and therefore needs to be sharpened regularly. With the SG520 knife sharpener from GRAEF and its diamond-coated grinding wheels, blades can be restored to excellent cutting instruments thanks to the two-stage, curved blade design and precise angle guidance. The slow-running sharpening and polishing wheels process the material gently and ensure a long-lasting, sharp blade. The stable 20° sharpening angle with elastomer blade guide enables precise and always safe blade build-up for the user, as the knife is guided by the knife handle, just like when cutting. This makes the sharpening process on different knife types quick and easy - even without prior knowledge. The polishing stage can also be used for serrated knives. The SG520 is therefore a reliable companion for everyday kitchen use and enables stable and long-lasting sharpness for daily cutting tasks in the kitchen.
