Digital operating display

Die digitale Funktionsanzeige zeigt die Durchlaufzeit sowie Geschwindigkeitsstufen und Rückwärtslauf an. Über den Geschwindigkeitsknopf lassen sich die 2 Geschwindigkeitsstufen einstellen. Der Rückwärtslauf wird über den REV-Knopf eingestellt. Nach 5 Minuten schaltet das Gerät in den Standby-Modus (Display schaltet sich aus). Durch ein Drücken auf die Start/Stopp Taste wechselt das Gerät wieder in den Ready-to-Use Modus.

Optimal results

Thanks to the approx. 4.2 cm large feed chute, even larger pieces can easily be pushed into the worm housing (if necessary with the help of the supplied pusher). The two-part cutting attachment consists of a blade and a mincing plate. Therefore, there is no heating up during the mincing process and the food remains cool and has a longer shelf life. Thanks to the optimized auger, there is very little residue left in the system.

Mincer is easy to clean

Compact Multiwolf in a full metal housing

The compact and space-saving Multiwolf consists of an aluminum housing. Mincing plates and blade are made of stainless steel. The powerful 400 watts motor has a blocking power of 2,500 watts. The high conveying capacity (Chutes: 1,800 g / min - 2,500 g / min, depending on the type of minced meat) conveys meat, vegetables or dough almost completely through its attachments.
