Serrated blade cuts effortlessly
The slicer is supplied as standard with a Ø 170 mm serrated stainless steel blade. With this blade, you can effortlessly slice through all types of bread (even with hard crusts), harder cheeses, many types of vegetables, fruit or cold cuts. The knife can be easily and safely removed for easy cleaning.
Energy-saving slicing
The all-purpose slicer has a 45-watt energy-saving motor with a peak slicing power of up to 170 watts. Cut in an energy-saving way - without sacrificing the proven performance of a Graef machine.
Smart blade cover plate
This all-purpose slicer is equipped with a removable plastic blade cover plate. When slicing, the cover plate reduces friction on the blade and ensures a high level of slicing ergonomics.
Child safety lock via carriage lock
The carriage can be easily locked in front of the blade using the child safety lock. The carriages's thumb guard covers the edge of the blade and thus protects against injuries.
Plastic tray
The practical plastic tray ensures that the material to be cut is neatly collected directly after cutting.
