GRAEF knife sharpeners

GRAEF offers electric knife sharpeners for European blades with a 20° angle and Asian blades with a 15° angle. The knife sharpeners have 2 phases (grinding and polishing), such as the CX110 diamond knife sharpener, or 3 phases (building up, grinding, and polishing), such as the CC120 diamond knife sharpener, depending on the device. Most knife sharpeners use diamond grinding wheels, which sharpen the knife blades quickly but gently. The elastomer blade guide makes it very easy to maintain the exact angle of the knife. The knife is simply pulled through.
Simple manual knife sharpeners, such as the PRONTO or PICCOLO knife sharpeners, also expand the range.
