The high-quality knife edge is hand-ground and blue-peened. Blue peening is the perfection of the Solingen grinding craft, whereby the steel is ground finer step by step. Such blades are recognizable by their bluish sheen. The robust blades made of 1.4116 stainless steel ensure maximum sharpness, long edge retention and high corrosion resistance. Almost as if by themselves, the GRAEF knives glide so highly precise through food of all kinds.

Die Messer sind Hammer scharf und Hammer Qualität. Das Kochen mit dieser Messer, bessergesagt das schneiden, schälen und schnippeln geht mit so einer Leichtigkeit. Als würde ich Luft schneiden, kaum Widerstand. Man hat das Gefühl das Messer schneidet von alleine. Ich kann nur jeden diesen Messer Set, Messer nur empfehlen.
